Revital Taranaki welcome Wanganui to Pukekura Park on January 26th and 27th.
The selectors have been forced to make a couple of changes as Taranaki Associated Cleaners Dean Robinson is missing due to a family commitment, NPMU teammate Josh Barrett is also unavailable. They will be replaced by Inglewood's opening batsman Bailey Wisnewski and Hawera's inform seamer Ethan Keller. The other changes from the team that was soundly beaten by Hawkes Bay is Mattie Allen makes way for NPOB's Josh Borrell and Daniel Bernet steps aside to allow NPMU teammate Michael Blanks an opportunity.
Taranaki is facing an uphill battle to defend the Furlong Cup and will require maximum points from this game to have any chance.
